Conditions of accepting payment by Paypal

We accept payment by Paypal only. Payment by eCheques will take time to clear and goods will only be shipped out once we get the go ahead from Paypal to say that the eCheque has cleared.

If you are not ‘Eligible’, ‘Partially Eligible’ or where an address is ‘Unconfirmed’, then you may still purchase as normal but we may request further proof of ID from you, if required. This could delay shipment whilst we try and contact you and are subsequently satisfied with what has been supplied to us. It would help to speed up matters if you were to supply us with your landline and mobile telephone numbers. If we are not satisfied with your ID, we will cancel the sale and make a full refund to your Paypal account.

Goods can only be shipped to an address which has been registered with Paypal. If you require us to ship goods to another address, please register and confirm this additional address with Paypal first before purchasing. In the absence of this, we will not be able to ship to another address.
